The exclusive showing of Fowler’s original oils will be held at the Arte Art & Framing Gallery location on
Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah, beginning with an Artist’s Reception on November 15 from 4-7pm.
This is an opportunity to meet this accomplished artist who has a varied and long-term military career as
a U.S. Navy Tactical Chaplain. Newly-retired, Dr. Fowler has taken classes from Dixie State University
Professor Del Parson, and has shown his artistic talent for painting subjects and landscapes close to his
heart. Themes range from Native American portraits to military subjects and spiritually uplifting images
of Christ and Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint temples.
The show runs two weeks, through December 1, 2018. Refreshments provided on the show opening
Thursday evening of November 15, and also on Saturday, November 17.
“Any great work of art can stop time and your ability to breathe if only for a moment. It can heal a
broken soul, comfort the grieving, and move people to change the world. It can either be a glimpse
into heaven or a terrifying peek of hell.” – Dr. Todd D. Fowler
“His gentle spirit and gracious nature emerge effortlessly from the surface of the paintings, reflecting
the spirit of a person who thinks thoughtfully, cares copiously, and believes in the beautiful.”
– Carter Bryant, Orange County Register | The Press-Enterprise
Originals are for sale during the show, and pre-orders will be taken for prints of his selected works.
