History: The St. George Weaving Studio has been serving the community since the early 1980s.
Mission: Under the direction of Sandra Sandberg, our mission is to carry on and honor the rich fiber history of our region, and to foster lifelong participation in and appreciation of weaving, spinning, and other fiber arts.
Service: The St. George Weaving Studio offers classes, workshops, and other community events.
Benefits: Many participants have discovered inspiration through imagination and exploration. Joy and a sense of well-being are natural outcomes of their creative actions.
Accessibility: Thanks to our instructors and colleagues who donate much of their time for this cause, we have been able to offer classes and workshops at very reasonable cost.
We invite you to come, check out our studio, visit with our participants, and perhaps sign up for a class or workshop.
