Leo Krikorian was one of America’s great painters and photographers. Born in California in 1922, he grew up during the Depression years and learned not only about hard work but also of compassion and generosity. Leo studied photography and art after World War II under such tutors as Ansel Adams, Josef Albers, Ilya Bolotowsky and Miner White. Leo’s artwork has been exhibited in major cities throughout the world and is currently displayed in many major museums around the globe including the Smithsonian.
