“Capturing the World” an all photography show sponsored by the Color Country Camera Club will open May 14th, 2019 at the Red Cliff Gallery located at 220 N 200E, St. George, Utah.
The Photographer’s Reception will be held at the gallery on May 16th from 4 to 6 pm. Awards will be presented in ten categories and the photographers will be there to talk about their images and their craft.
Photographs from around the world will be on display from photographers that belong to several art organizers in the greater St. George area. The exhibition lasts until June13th, 2019 and is typically open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Shirley Smith, the Facilitator of the Color Country Camera Club is excited to help organize and present the first ever Club show in its over 20-year history. All skill levels of photography will be represented and will be for sale. It is a great way to support the local photography community and pick up some great images!
The Color Country Camera Club is a fellowship of people with a mutual interest in photography. We routinely gather at meetings (downtown St George Library the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 6 pm) and on field trips to share photographic knowledge and experiences. Attendees of all levels of expertise are welcome. The club has no fees or by-laws. A volunteer steering committee keeps the club organized, moderates the meetings and provides membership communications.
