Welcome to the Polar Express! Enjoy a ride on Kanab’s Polar Express as we make the adventurous and magical ride to the North Pole where we will visit Santa’s Sleigh Shop.  You’ll love the mischief of our elves and the excitement of a chance to see Santa.

Tickets to Santa’s Sleigh Shop are included in the Polar Express ticket. Only purchase Santa’s Sleigh Shop tickets if someone in your group is not riding the “train”.

You will need to arrive 10 minutes before your departure time to assure you don’t get left. Train will leave on the hour!
WEAR WARM PJ’s OR CLOTHING  and get ready for a magical adventure.
Bring a letter for Santa with your address and he will write you back!
Have someone that wants to join in on the fun but doesn’t want to ride the Polar Express?? Skip the ride and meet us at Santa’s Sleigh Shop to join in on the holiday fun! Don’t forget the camera!
Children 2 and under are free with a paying adult, (1 free 2 & under child per 1 paying adult) and will need to be held in adults lap. Seating is limited, please make sure you have the appropriate tickets for everyone in your party.

You can choose for anyone in your party to skip the Polar Express Ride and meet us at Santa’s Sleigh Shop to join in on the holiday fun!

We Hustle to fight against Hunger and we do it by running.  Whether you’ve already registered or are still thinking about it, we look forward to seeing you in December to get involved in the fight against childhood hunger! We hope you’ll join us this year and help make a difference in the lives of food-insecure children in our community!

The Hungry Hustle Ugly Sweater 5k begins at 10:30am at the City of St. George Crosby Family Confluence Park, 2099 S Convention Center Dr, St George, UT.

Each of the 5 kilometers will be marked with some fun activities including tinsel, Christmas trees, snowballs, candy canes, a selfie with Santa (the real one!) and much more!

So find your ugliest sweater, put on your running shoes and be prepared for a fun run filled with Christmas joy (and a whole lot of happy, non-hungry kids)!

Join us for the SECOND ANNUAL Twinkling Tinsel Talent Show at the Center for the Arts at Kayenta! This holiday season, we are celebrating community and finding joy in local talent of all types.

Amazing talent from across Washington County will compete to win a $1,000 Grand Prize and a $500 Audience Choice. Be a part of it!

Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings is a new show that offers the best of Forever Plaid, tied up in a nifty package with a big Christmas bow on top! Filled with Christmas standards (performed live with exceptional musicians!) that have all been "Plaid-erized" our boys are back to do their Christmas Special and warm your hearts. LIMITED RUN!

You don’t want to miss the incredible talent of the community dancers performing in our third annual community Nutcracker! Performance dates are December 12,13, and 14th, in the Canyon View High School auditorium.   All dates have an evening show at 7 pm, Saturday the 14th has a matinée at 1 pm as well.

Join us for a magical afternoon of holiday fun at Staheli Family Farm! Kids, get ready to decorate your very own delicious cookie alongside the one and only Mrs. Claus. She'll enchant you by reading heartwarming holiday stories, creating a cozy atmosphere filled with the magic of the season. Santa will also be visiting the farm that afternoon, and you might even catch a glimpse of the man in red!

To top it off, warm up with a cup of creamy hot cocoa, which is included for all participants to enjoy as you leave with festive memories.

Saint George Chamber Singers perform the most beloved choruses and arias from Handel's "Messiah" in authentic Baroque-style accompanied by a chamber orchestra.

Come celebrate the Christmas Season with the Red Rock Jazz Orchestra, featuring Alice Ericksen and Mark Boggs, where you’ll hear some fun and favorite Christmas songs with a great swing band feel! Songs like “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree”, “Let It Snow”, and “I’ll Be Home For Christmas.” You’ll also enjoy hearing some newer songs like “Born Tonight”, “My Wish List”, and songs with a twist, like “Little Drummer Boy” and “Frosty The Blues Man”. So, come out for a fun evening of family Christmas entertainment with the Red Rock Jazz Orchestra!

Red Rock Singers' Christmas Concert will be held at 7:00 pm in the Thorley Recital Hall, SUU's Music Bldg (432 W 200 S, Cedar City). Admission is FREE.

Join us for our third year of this timeless tale of redemption, featuring an original score and the talented Corbin Allred as “Scrooge.

We are so proud to have created this new holiday tradition for our Southern Utah community. Written by local artists Rhett Guter and Adam Record and performed by some of the most talented young performers in Southern Utah!

Our free annual community Christmas concert. We have loved being able to do this show each year. We couldn’t do this without Hurricane recreation and Laurel and Russell Dodge.

Once again, Emmy-award-winning composer Kurt Bestor brings his traditional Christmas show back to St George! With his all-star band and orchestra, Bestor plays his unique style of arranging to your favorite carols. His amazing musicianship and on-stage banter is why his shows have become an Utah tradition for 37 years! The show features a very special guest - the young singing phenom, Lillian Breeze.

*Because of the remodel of the Cox Auditorium, Bestor will do two shows on the 16th due to the smaller hall size.

On the third Tuesday of every month, join us for a FREE screening of a noteworthy film of the past at the historic Electric Theater. Each movie will include an intro and post-screening discussion with a special guest. Optional food items from local businesses and various surprises can be expected too!

What will the 2024 Electric Film Series lineup consist of? As was the case with the past years, 2024 will see us take an epic journey through the history of film one decade at a time starting with the 1900s/1910s and closing out with the 2020s. That's right! Each month, we've selected a title that we believe represents a decade of cinema. Now, it would be near impossible to pick one specific film that personifies an entire decade but we've done our best to program a wide range of titles for your viewing pleasure throughout 2024.

Nathan Pacheco returns to St. George UT on his Higher Tour, Christmas 2024, for an unforgettable evening of new music, Christmas classics, and fan favorites that will bring the whole family together.

Nathan Pacheco is a classically trained tenor who has a passion for reaching out and uplifting people through music. He is one of the great tenor voices of his generation and has been featured globally in live performances. Over the years, Nathan has released multiple albums that have been ranked #1 on Billboard for best classical and classical/crossover album. Don't miss him live December 18, in St. George UT at Dixie High school Auditorium.
